The intelligent vibrating wire handheld instrument is an intelligent handheld instrument developed by our company for vibrating wire sensors. The system adopts modular design, makes full use of modern microelectronics technology to highly integrate the functional modules, and adopts touch screen control technology, which has good reliability and convenient operation. In addition, a one-wire temperature acquisition and engineering information storage module has been developed. The module works stably and efficiently within the range of transmission distance ≤ 600 meters. The module is small in volume and can be easily integrated into various vibrating wire sensors. Combined with the original 2 data lines of single-coil vibrating wire sensors, a total of 3 data lines can realize unified acquisition of vibrating wire value, temperature value, engineering quantity and sensor number, completely change the working mode of manual recording and manual calculation of engineering quantity on site, which is slow, inefficient and error-prone. A real breakthrough in the electronicization of vibrating wire sensors has been achieved.
