The automatic safety monitoring of rock and soil can effectively monitor the stress deformation of rock and soil around the mine, reasonably arrange the sensor burial scheme according to the stress size, collect regularly, watch, sort out and analyze the data in time, and make corresponding countermeasures through the analysis of data and statements, so as to predict the risks in advance and reduce the accident rate.
Monitoring content
According to the geotechnical characteristics and environmental structure of the mine and slope, different monitoring contents are selected, such as vertical and lateral pressure of soil, deep horizontal displacement of soil, surface displacement settlement, rock mass crack, seepage pressure, internal stress and other automatic monitoring contents, and there are dump, tailings pond, pit fault and internal formwork of well workers and mines in the region.

Project Background
The mine is located in the Inner Mongolia area, and the surrounding slope excavated to a certain depth has a greater risk of landslide.
Construction
Due to the soft soil quality of the coal mine, sliding deformation is easy to occur, so the horizontal displacement monitoring drilling depth reaches 100 meters, after the hole is drilled, the inclinometer tube is lowered, and the inclinometer tube is made of ABS, which has the advantages of high toughness, light weight, etc.

After lowering, backfill fine sand and tamp it. The hole is equipped with an osmotic pressure meter and a fixed inclinometer with a spacing of 10 meters. The signal transmission cable is led to the automatic collection to connect the position. The orifice is well supported and laid with concrete.

After the on-site hardware is installed, the viewing platform is installed on the computer in the observation room, which can be connected to the unit platform for unified viewing.
